A proper rebuild involves a full disassembly, cleaning, inspection (body, shafts, bushings), replacement of seals and oil, and nitrogen charging.

Depending on how worn down they are, it could take anywhere from same day to 4-5 days. Most of the time, much sooner!

🛠 What's Actually Replaced?

During a rebuild, we swap out all wearable internals—seals, oil, nitrogen, and shafts if needed. It’s a full refresh that gives you the performance you paid for in the first place.

🧰 Can You DIY?

DIY is not recommended. Common rebuild mistakes include over/under‑filling fluid, air pockets, or mis-tensioning the internal floating piston (IFP)—which can lead to sluggish rebound or erratic performance.
